How do I add my business to Boatwork
To add your business to Boatwork, First sign up and create a user profile. Then, create a free business profile to add reviews, ratings, photos, and additional information about their business. Businesses can enable Boatwork ads once their profile has been created.

Yes. Boatwork is free for users to use to compare and research local boating professionals and request quotes for projects, all for free.
Boatwork makes money by from service professionals (pros, businesses, or contractors) who pay to advertise services on Boatwork and to obtain quotes directly through Boatwork from users seeking their services.
How do I leave a review?
To leave a review, you must to have a free user account with Boatwork. If a pro has provided you with a link to leave a review, you’ll be prompted to provide basic information.
Boatwork may identify unverfied reviews from verified reviews to help ensure a quality experience for our users.

How much does it cost to use Boatwork for Pros?
Boatwork offers many free services to marine service professionals. There is no charge to create or claim your business profile and get featuredin our directory.
We require a valid payment method on file to receive leads. There is no charge to receive leads, only to accept them.
My business is already listed on Boatwork, how do I claim it?
If your business is already listed on Boatwork, you may claim it. To claim your profile, first sign in or sign up for a free Boatwork user account.Then, use the visit Claim my Boatwork Profile. You must be able to receive an email at the domain associated with the business profile or receive a call at one of the phone numbers associated with the profile. What are Boatwork leads?
Boatwork leads enable businesses to feature their businesses to users searching for services they offer. When Boatwork leads are enabled, businesses can receive qualified leads directly from the Boatwork website. Boatwork contractors are able to pre-screen a lead with lead details prior to accepting a lead. Once a lead is accepted, the contractor’s stored payment method is charged and the contact details for the lead are uncovered. The price for each accepted lead depends on a multitude of factors and is identified in the pre-screening email or text message sent to the contractor prior to accepting the lead.
Can I screen leads before paying?
Yes. Boatwork provides you with all the details you need to make an informed decision for your business before you are charged a fee.
Typically, each lead provides you with:

– Location
– Expected timing to project start
– Budget
– Project description
We give you information upfront so you can qualify a lead and decide whether it’s right for you before being charged anything. Once you accept a lead, we provide you with contact information so you can can in touch with the prospect and win the business. You are only charged a fee after you accept a lead.
